Discipleship is the heartbeat of our spiritual journey. We believe that every believer is called not only to know Christ but to follow Him closely and help others do the same. Discipleship is how we grow deep roots in faith, form Christlike character, and live out our calling daily.

The Discipleship Ministry exists to equip believers to walk with Jesus intentionally, grow in God’s Word, and disciple others in love, truth, and accountability. We aim to raise a generation of grounded, growing, and reproducing disciples.

What We Do:

Through structured and relational discipleship pathways, we:

• Lead discipleship classes for new believers

• Offer spiritual mentorship across all age groups

• Facilitate one-on-one and group discipleship relationships

• Organize discipleship workshops and training sessions

• Provide guidance on spiritual disciplines, personal devotion, and obedience to God’s Word

• Support the spiritual growth of children, teens, and youth in collaboration with their respective ministries.

To see every member of Bustani Community Church become a Friend of God, Follower of Jesus, and Fisher of men. We are committed to cultivating a discipleship culture where each believer is:

• Being discipled by someone more mature in the faith

• Discipling someone younger or newer in the faith

• Actively growing in their personal walk with God
